Our Volunteer's children have the opportunity to attend two services. To help serve your children, Fellowship Kids provides two classroom environments: their regular classroom and Kingdom Kids (K2), an additional program for our Volunteers' children. This is a high energy, relationally focused & FUN environment for volunteer children ONLY.

*K2 is offered for kids 2 years old through 5th grade.

*Children under 2 years old will stay in their regular classroom two times.

*Sixth Grade kids will go to church with their parents during the time you worship and attend their 6th grade class while you, as their parent, are volunteering.

In consideration of the receipt and evaluation of this application by Fellowship Bible Church, I hereby release any individual, church, youth organization, charity, employer, reference, or any other person or organization, including record custodians, both collectively and individually, from any and all liability for damages of whatever kind or nature which may at any time result to me, my heirs, or family, on account of compliance or any attempts to comply, with this authorization. Should my application be accepted, I agree to help in accord with the doctrines and policies of Fellowship Bible Church, and to refrain from unscriptural conduct in the performance of my services on behalf of the church. FCM and Fellowship Bible Church reserve the right to dismiss any volunteer for infractions of church standards of conduct or policies.
